This policy describes how personal data of visitors to nimblemeet.com (the "Site") is collected, used, and protected. We designed both the product and this website around the principle of data minimization.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Intelligent Communication Management FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (the "Company", "we"). For any privacy-related requests, contact info@nimblemeet.com .
2. What data we collect
We only process the personal data you voluntarily submit through the contact form:
- your name;
- company name and job title;
- work email address;
- phone number (optional);
- any information you choose to include in the comments field.
The Site is served through the Cloudflare network, which processes technical connection data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the Site. We review this traffic only in aggregated, anonymized form.
3. Why we process it
- responding to product inquiries and demo requests;
- preparing quotes and documentation for prospective customers;
- replying to specific messages sent by visitors;
- improving the Site based on aggregated, anonymized usage data.
4. Legal basis
We process the data you submit on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the consent checkbox and submitting the contact form. For visitors from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, this corresponds to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / UK GDPR; where we respond to a request you made before entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) also applies.
5. Retention
We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes above. Upon request, we delete your personal data within 10 business days.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties, except for the infrastructure providers that operate the Site on our behalf (such as Cloudflare, Inc.) and cases where disclosure is required by applicable law.
7. Cookies and analytics
The Site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We rely on privacy-preserving, aggregated traffic analytics that do not profile individual visitors. You can additionally restrict cookies in your browser settings at any time.
8. Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Depending on your jurisdiction (including the GDPR, UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may also have the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
